Our cancellation, rescheduling, and privacy policies.
Rescheduling
Students may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests can be made via email or through your student dashboard. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be credited to your account for future use. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
No-Shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented emergencies (medical, family, etc.), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to accommodate rescheduling.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when booking sessions, including your name, email address, and payment information. We also maintain records of your progress reports and session notes to track your development.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide educational services, communicate with you about your sessions, and track your progress. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Session recordings (if any) are stored securely and are only accessible to you and your instructor.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Please contact us if you wish to exercise these rights.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking for all development plans. The 30-minute introductory assessment is complimentary and does not require payment.
Refunds
Refunds are available for unused sessions within the first 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, sessions may be rescheduled but are non-refundable. Sessions that are forfeited due to late cancellation or no-shows are not eligible for refund.
Package Expiration
Session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
